COVID-19 Pandemic Response

The COVID-19 pandemic is evolving rapidly and measures directed by the Federal Government are changing on a day to day basis. RUMPUS considers the health and safety of its membership, creatives and patrons as paramount and will continue to adapt and respond to ensure we keep our community safe.

From JUNE 1st: RUMPUS will re-open to new hires, tenants, and begin our 2020 season, while adhering to any Federal or State directives. We are implementing the following measures to minimise the exposure of members, programmed artists, audiences, and the wider community to the virus.

  • All General Membership meetings and sub-committee meetings will be conducted online until further notice.

  • Face-to-face interaction will adhere to Government directives and only be undertaken where necessary, all other RUMPUS activities will be undertaken from Members’ homes.

  • RUMPUS venue will still be accessible to current hot-deskers and office tenants and individuals must follow the Government recommendation of sqm per person.

  • RUMPUS will now be open for any new hires or tenants, while complying with the Government directive of 2 square metres per person.

  •  Create and adhere to a COVID Safe Plan.
